What is a Solopreneur and Entrepreneur?
Solopreneur vs Entrepreneur
Hi there,šš½. Luis Claudio here.
You recently signed up for my free newsletter, The Monday Solopreneur. Thanks again for doing that.
I want to share some insight and tips on solopreneurs Vs.āentrepreneurs and how to differentiate if you are one of them. The definition of an entrepreneur is as follows;
āLiving a few years of your life like most people wonāt, so you can spend the rest like most people canāt.ā
Now let us break this down a bit. We all fall under 2 categories in the life cycle regarding society and the workforce.
1) Employee or Entrepreneur/Solopreneur
Everyone is essential in the workforce, specifically EMPLOYEES. Donāt let anyone, especially your āBOSS,ā make you feel unworthy or invaluable. If you are contributing negatively to the culture and energy of the workforce, shame on you.
That is a personal issue, not your āBossesā fault. Knowing and understanding your skill set is paramount when contributing to the workforce as an employee.
Over the last 25 years of being an employee to CEO, I've learned that understanding where you fit in the workforce is more vital than going to a job; YOU hate to make someone wealthy! Listen to that inner voice if your mind wanders throughout the day and feels unproductive. It may be trying to tell you something.
āClocking inā just to collect a paycheck is a great way to keep you locked into the societal mold. Thatās a life-death sentence, in my opinion. YOU have way more VALUE and potential locked inside of you. Let me help you navigate through it.
Remember, friends, āāThe journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.ā You donāt have to be GREAT to start, but you do have to start to be GREAT.
